SECURITY
On www.topbearings.ro, the user is solely responsible for all actions that arise from the usage of his/her account, through personal password. S.C. TOP TRUCK GEAR S.R.L. can’t be held liable for the errors that occur from the user’s negligence regarding the confidentiality and security of own account and password.
The information supplied to S.C. TOP TRUCK GEAR S.R.L. are used only for the purpose they are entered (placing orders), according to the existing law.
S.C. TOP TRUCK GEAR S.R.L. does not release your email address to third parties, does not encourage spam and does not publish customer data without their explicit agreement. Any user has the possibility to request the deletion of own account and all related data.
PRODUCTS AND PRICES
Products’ technical specifications or prices that are found on this website are informative and can be changed without prior notice. S.C. TOP TRUCK GEAR S.R.L. does not take any responsibility on the changes that might occur.
PROMOTIONS
S.C. TOP TRUCK GEAR S.R.L. announces its offers through its own website. In addition, the promotions apply only for the orders registered on the website during the timeframe they are valid and only within the allocated stock. We do not guarantee the stock availability for the products in promotion and we can cancel the promotion at any time, without prior notice.
PROMOTION TERMS:
- Any complaint pertaining the discrepancy between the goods delivered and the invoice is accepted only in writing, within maximum 1 day from the delivery.
- We don’t accept the return of products that have deteriorated packaging and/or with missing original accessories, or products that have already been used.
- Unrelated to the delivery method, the customer has the obligation to check the existence of all documents related to the purchase; the lack of all documents leads to not granting the commercial guarantee. Reception of the sold products is made at the customer’s office. The customer obliges to accept the ordered and delivered products.
- The customer can refuse the products picked up from TOPbearings’ office, located in Pitesti, DRUMUL DN 65B, KM 4+850, PAV. ADM., ET. 1, CAM 1, within 24 hours, but will inform the seller in maximum 3 hours from the transaction. We don’t accept the return of delivered products after the aforementioned deadline.
- By exception, we accept the return of products if we made a wrong delivery or as long as the products are within the commercial guarantee, by thoroughly respecting its provisions.
- We don’t accept for return products sold as promotions, products not placed in original packaging, products sold by other resellers, products returned without complying with the above provisions.
- Payment for transport of the products that need repairs during guarantee period will be held by S.C. TOP TRUCK GEAR S.R.L.; if the claimed fault proves not to be the responsibility of S.C. TOP TRUCK GEAR S.R.L., the customer will undertake the responsibility of the transport, both for delivery to the seller, as well as for the return to the customer.
- The guarantee provisions are an integral part of the sale-purchase documents; by signing the invoice of by placing an online order, the customer declares that acknowledges the provisions of such documents.
- The products that have faults during the guarantee period or manufacturing or material issues, will be replaced with new ones, or the price from the invoice will be reimbursed.
- The guarantee covers at most the entire value of the faulty product.
- The guarantee begins from the date mentioned on the invoice, not from the date the product is used.
Products that are part of a claim under guarantee will be accompanied by the following documents:
- copy after purchase invoice, or receipt from S.C. TOP TRUCK GEAR S.R.L.;
- for bearings used in auto shops, proof the products were mounted in an authorized shop and related fiscal documents, that show the mounting date and the number of kilometers at that time;
- proof of ascertainment issued by an authorized service that describes the fault;
- the part must be sent in original packaging;
- measurements that indicate the working parameters of the product.
The lack of at least one item of those above will result in dismissing the request under guarantee.
The complaint submitted by a customer will receive an answer within 10 working days from the receipt of the faulty products at the seller’s office, accompanied with all the documents mentioned above.
The seller bares no responsibility pertaining the guarantee or it can be cancelled if:
- The product was not purchased from S.C. TOP TRUCK GEAR S.R.L.;
- The product was not mounted in a specialty shop authorized by RAR or by the auto vehicle’s manufacturer, for the bearings used for cars;
- The product deteriorated because of faulty mounting or because it was used in conjunction to other used, faulty or altered parts;
- The product was wrongly chosen or was used for a different purpose than the one indicated in the producer’s catalogue;
- The product was not identified correctly because the buyer submitted wrong data, or it was not compared to the part it is supposed to replace;
- The product suffered damage due to external factors, atmosphere or other nature (thermal, electrical, mechanical shock);
- The product shows traces of scratches, bumps, bends, tearing or malformation;
- The product shows normal wear.
